Not all quest are about boss killing! Among those are the Penguin quests. You complete a mission and thereby stop the conspiracy.
Not all quests need to have a violent hectic boss fight at the end. If all had it would make all quests similar!

There are penguins in game?
All I see is cacti, bushes, toad stools, crates and rocks! And I hate the moving rocks!
And yessss!! new quest! About time to put cape on rack again. :-)

Penguins are cute, cuddly, organized, advanced, dangerous, deadly, and EVIL! It's good to see new animals on Gielinor that are real, and did you notice that there's almost every real animal on Gielinor except... I won't mention what's mythical. Can't wait for this!
