I'd really like to know if this is temporary or permanent...
If it's temporary, i need to buy bones now to avoid the price spike, but if it's permanent, then bones will drop, unless the xp boost doesn't apply to poh altars or ecto, in which case nothing will happen.
I NEED MORE INFO! lol

Some of you people really need to pay attention to what they say in the videos. From what it seems this is going to be an update in which a new event is added. It will occur every year at the same time and the prayer experience will only be attainable during the time of the event. The item granting bonus experience towards prayer will most likely only work for certain methods of training prayer and have a limited amount of bonus experience or a timed duration on the item in which it will no longer be used for bonus experience after the time has expired. The other reward, the face-mask, should be a one-time reward for completing the event as in any other holiday event featured once every year and should be subject to change next year.

Good to see Jagex is (finally) doing something against the hijackers. Too bad my old hijacked account cannot be recovered. I created it at RS Classic and miss it ;(
