I don't really understand what this is.. is it an event, or a permanent piece of content? I have completed about half of the quests in this game, but not many of the NPC's have died in them (other than the bosses, but we have Dominion Tower for that).
Prayer xp looks good.
Other than that.. doesn't really look like a very exciting thing. Seems a bit boring, only done for the rewards. I'm just a man; I'm not a hero.
