I do sort of miss the seasonal events as quests. I used to always get lost and had to ask for help and it was fun for me.
As far as this event though, I'm still looking forward to it. There's always more room for outfits in my bank. :p
Go team righteous! If it's like Saradomin vs Zamorak, Zamorak is the one that stole Zaros' power and he deserves to die for that. >.<

Please read this.
You all can expect me at this point in time to contemplate quitting 8 years of consecutive active playing. My membership ends tomorrow, and tomorrow I also start BTW at school, so I will have almost no time for this game. Now, unless you want my $20, and $100s of dollars in the future, like i've already funded you since 2004, you will listen.

"In terms of GP, I have to disagree. Yes you can convert your items to gold but this doesn't mean that people are able to directly purchase gold...."
I hate how you can't feel more disgraced and will even admit to it, by changing up your words deliberately to make you seem innocent. Horrible. You have ruined this game into the dirt ever since 2007, ever since you couldn't get a handle on your own community and forced them into limits.
I am tired of you, Jagex, half-ass'ing everything you put into the game. Your company revolves around money that we pay, and I don't like it when you developers complain about not having enough money, indirectly and hinting you need more when you don't, and this update proves it. I remember seeing a post (I cannot find it, but I will not lie.) in which a mod said that these SoF and SGS updates are used to fund updates and actual content for the future. I feel cheated in the fact you spent money to rent out a haunted house for a day for your own office competition in the holiday spirit, meanwhile us players are looking forward to a holiday in which some of us admire as the best holiday, to be spent walking around 2 towns and looking for ghosts without a good reward besides robes, not even any thought of atleast ghost busting gear, just clicking ghosts for your own friendly competition. We are nothing but catalysts for your own entertainment.

As a follow-up:
I would like to point out as a continuation of my comment about how you are "half-ass'ing" everything you are doing, that I have a mute on my account, it has been my only infraction ever received, and it was a mistake. Not only has my account been black marked because of an incorrect reason, it's been pending since September 18th. No mod has even regarded it as important enough to even look at it. And the funny story behind the mute, I was in Varrock with my friend who happens to be a player moderator. I told him to look at this, as some people were getting into a fight and one of them was entailing about how he was going to hack another member. He muted him, he got his appeal settled within 30 minutes he manipulated himself out of a mute and set me up to get muted by sending a report against me, and I was saying that I knew what DDoS'ing is, and you shouldn't do it. Now I have no idea what was going on in the Jagex support center, it probably looks for key terms and mutes people if they say sketchy things like this, but I was saying the opposite. I got muted, and was never appealed and it is still pending. He set me up to get muted and manipulated his way out of his own mute and even hacked and DDoS'ed another innocent Runescape community member. This is demoralizing.
