I suggest you head over to the Account Help Fourm and post on the "I've lost control on my account" Here, a special team of Jmods can try to recover the account, attempt to lock it and hopefully take action against the hijacked. Don't feel scared to provide too much information, as it is all confidential. :D

Hello Mod Jane, I have been trying to contact Jagex for some time. On my account Today a Player Named " Alonzopown" walked by me stateing to me he would give me double the price for my Fish Mask. I just recently won this tradeable item on the squeal. And so, I traded " Alonzopown " the fish mask and he put 10million Gp in and we both accepted. After that the second trade screen appeared showing the fish mask given for 10million gp we both accepted, I lost my Fish Mask Which was Worth over 7 million gp and recieved 100 Thousand coins. I am soooooooo upset about this and extermely livid as well. I would like to report this as a bug and i would like to be contacted and reinversed for my fish mask.
