I think Jagex should be far more radical with solo dungeons. They should introduce a high risk option, solo larges maybe or c7/c8, whereby you do indeed get more xp per floor or even per hour, maybe even a lot more, but the bosses, monsters and puzzles are so hard that you have to skill to earn it or it's near impossible. Maybe higher xp overall but harsher death modifiers would work. You'd then have an automatic challenging adventure generating system. Currently you're just making solo rushing xp rates more in line with group rushing, where as I feel you could instead enrich the skill and make it more fun and add more to the game.
Currently Jagex, your main method of upping xp rates to pander to the crowd, and calling it an update or tweak, is frankly pathetic. All you ever do is make the game easier, and demean the achievements of people who already solo'd their way to 99. Don't like a skill or find it too hard? Don't worry just wait until it's nerfed. Dungeoneering is the easiest skill in game for crying out loud. Forming a good party is part of the skill. And I haven't even mentioned how this update will vastly increase the amount of dungeoneering bots.
