I don't know if anybody has brought this up but I'll just state my concern right now. Legacy of Blood is also the title of a novel set in Blizzard's Diablo franchise. Do you guys risk getting into a copyright problem for using the same title?

I got Legacy of Blood last week and I finished it a few days ago and it's easily the best book in the series. There were a few twists in the book that shocked me, mostly with *blacked out with a marker* and *too faded, can't read*..
Pros:
1: Detailed.
2: Great follow-up to Return to Canifis.
3: Nice pacing.
4: A good amount of fight scenes.
5: Great twists.
6: Good cliffhanger.
Cons:
1: It had an ending.

Diablo isn't the only book series that has a book named "Legacy of Blood", if they are going into a copyright issue with Runescape: Legacy of blood, they would have to get in copyright issues with 4 or 5 other people.

This is directed more to jmods than other players, as they are more likly to know:
Is T.S. Church going to be writing any more RuneScape based books, or is this one likly to be the last?
If you don't know, a simple post saying that you don't would still be greatly appreciated so that I (and probably a lot of other people) are not just left wondering.

Thank you very much for this announcement! I've been a fan of Tom S. Church's work since I first read Betrayal at Falador in late 2008, so there's absolutely no doubt the third and final installment to this trilogy will be magnificent to mentally digest ^_^ .
I will indeed be ordering this wonder, Legacy of Blood, immediately, and hopefully while I wait for it to ship I can re-read Return to Canifis. I believe I've re-read Betrayal at Falador far too many times to forget it by now :P .
Out of curiosity, will the folks at Jagex be arranging another interview with Tom S. Church on the forums, similar to how they did in the past? It would be interesting to see what sort of steps he's taking in his own career and whether or not he has any other RuneScape-related, or at least fantasy-related, wonders in store for us. And, of course, it would be a neat opportunity to promote Legacy of Blood or introduce the trilogy as a whole to some.
That aside, thank you very much to Mr. Church himself and those at Jagex who are actively supporting him!
Just your friendly neighborhood team player.

I have all of these books and they are really good. I got the notice yesterday this one was out for my Nook. Can't wait to read it.
You trolls bashing Jagex on this thread are really hard up for material. lol.

I downloaded Legacy of Blood to my Kindle a couple days ago, and I'm going to start reading it today while chopping ivy in Varrock. The first two books were pretty good, the second being my favorite so far (me not having yet started on the third), and I'm pretty excited about reading this new one.
If anyone is interested in buying the book, or any other book, I'd recommend first buying an Amazon Kindle because most books are cheaper on it and you can get a ton of other books for free. Also, you don't have to go to the store to buy a book.

I loved the first two books. Read upto a quarter of the third, and really enjoying it.
I think some people may have spoiled it already. But without getting into details, can anyone tell me if the series definitely ended with the third book? are all loose ends tied up? or is it left at a cliffhanger? you know if it's the third, I'd love to see a continuation of the storyline, but hey, it's up to Jagex and T.S. Church.
Happy Reading!
