This Quest looks amazing, great job to he graphics team for the awesome new look of the upcoming Armour. I must stress on a previous question asked on the front page :
"Will we need the tokhaar-kal for the quest" information on this would be very useful to give us a head start. Also this may seem like I am complaining over nothing, but this new armour is comparible to Nex sets in terms of stats, are you considering altering this or is it aimed to be used for High-Level players.

So.. from the comments I gather this is for the new Tzharr quest and some new Obsidian armor.
Anyone wanna fill me in on the rest since I still can't watch the damned videos on dialup.
Or better yet, ditch the videos and just go back to good old text and screenshots.

Run Gtate upon completing the quest, the video states that we will be able to smith/craft our own Armour as a reward, and on the video the sets have VERY good stats. I think this is aimed at high level players. At The end of the video, they mention another update - Player Owned Ports : looks like we get to own our own ship and may be assosiated with construction and perhaps the 2013 skills.
