well what i did was took my stats that i had at lvl 110 which was 90 str or you know what ever equivalent plus if you go on the regular server check your combat level there then you will know if you can or not but it should be around 169 or 170 just by my assumption because 171 is lvl 111 and 172 is lvl 112.

I am hearing in these forums already people pleading with jagex to listen..I hate to say this but I doubt they will after all they didn't listen to many who complained about the fake voting bringing the wildy bk..cause they were gonna do it anyway.lol..I just hope for all your sakes they do listen..we all just need to be calm and wait to see.

ok i see what you did peace knight, however all my stats (melee) would be 84 when i reached lvl 110 and 84 plus 84 plus 2 which is in turn 170 as well :)

I have been playing runescape for over seven years off and on, but I never really enjoyed the combat aspect of the game. What I enjoy is the quests, puzzles, free chat, and great diversity of skills. Combat is only a portion of the game. Jatex has tried thier best to provide ways to not overly bore you while you spend thousands of hours skilling and such. They felt the combat needed some help and I agree, mayby not to the exstent they are doing it. that is why there is beta.
Don't judge before the end result. They have much to work on and they will not scrap all that they have done. There are some good stuff which should stay nomatter what. Like duel wielding and shiething.
I hear some people freak out about stuff not set in stone. You never know Jadex may hear your cry. Why else did they release this BETA and descussion forum?
They need our CONSTRUCTIVE imput in order create a better combat. I know over twenty or thirty real life friends who quit over the old combat system.
All Jatex needs to do is find the meeting ground and thus inprove the game. They have made mistakes before and fixed them like free trade and wilderness. So if it is a total flop then they may rethink things. This is not a point of no return.
