Just tried it out, way too much lag to be able to do much. I'm not really keen on this update, it's ok but not great. I am completely confused on how to use everything, I'm not sure about anyone else, but it isn't very clear. I'm really not looking forward to re-learning different monsters stats, and the whole health increasing with armour is just confusing me further. If the lag ever dies down I'm going to go try it out further.
I honestly think you've changed too much at once, it's just pretty much made combat like every other game that I don't like. I'll probably switch to skilling, or go and get a life :D We'll see.
Oh, and with food giving you less hp back depending on you constitution level - no, just no. That is crap, I have been using rocktail for a while now, I'm not a stupidly low level that heals me in one hit, but I still don't get as much as I possibly could be getting from my money. I have what, 1k rocktail in my bank? I'd rather not use shark, why make me waste money? What's wrong with giving us our freedom of choice.. I'm not happy about that.

Funny part is when I applied it took me to a screen and said I was accepted. But I have no E-Mail and no access. Thanks Jagex for Messing with a paying dedicated member!

Even though I wasn't accepted into the first batch of testers, I'm eager to begin from the 7th. Thanks for this update Jagex, it's a much needed (and I'm sure that once everyone's tasted it, it will also be much appreciated instead of a lot of disappointed users claiming their 'right' to play due to however many years of owning their accounts) update to the previously rather boring combat system and in my opinion, it looks amazing!
I hope your efforts to improve the system with the aid of the current testers go well.
