I think if they are gonna give out such a cool item for buying a game card they should only do if if they can make sure it can be obtainable in most stores offering game cards not only a select few. I know its probably a contract they have with those stores but look how many people they have ticked off from buying a card and not getting a skull.....
I plan to go to a game stop near me soon to get mine luckily for me there is one I can go to.
I think a good plan when these things come out is to wait and get feed back from other players before jumping up and buying a card as soon as it comes out. This way you can read about things such as "I got a game card and I didn't get..." before you get one.
O_o They should give all those who got a game card and have a code a skull and settle it with the companies they have the promotion with later. That would only be NICE.

i don't know if this is the right spot for this question but for united states, it has to be only purchased at GameStop? because every GameStop i got to is either sold out of the 90/100 membership card or don't have any, and is the 90 day the same as 100? or 2 different cards?
