Hello Jagex. I am an Australian Runescape player. Today, I purchased a 100 day membership card from EB Games. When I redeemed my 100 day membership card and logged back into the Runescape game, my Flaming Skull was not in my Bank or Inventory. I went to see Diango in Draynor village and selected "Do you have anything else for me". I did not receive the flaming skull from Diango.

Is it a 90/100 day RuneScape Game Card ?
Have you spoken to Diango/checked your bank ?
Have you purchased the card between the 22nd of June and the 15th of July (inclusive).

I have answered yes to all of the questions. I have the receipt for the 100 day membership card from EB Games as well as the card. The receipt has the date and time printed on it. Please reply to me. Is it possible to still receive the flaming skull without purchasing another membership card? If not, What will I receive? Will I still receive the Flaming Skull?
