Hello Jagex. I am an Australian Runescape player. Today, I purchased a 100 day membership card from EB Games. When I redeemed my 100 day membership card and logged back into the Runescape game, my Flaming Skull was not in my Bank or Inventory. I went to see Diango in Draynor village and selected "Do you have anything else for me". I did not receive the flaming skull from Diango.
I have gone through the list of questions on your website.

Did you buy your RuneScape Game Card from one of the stores listed here ?
Is it a 90/100 day RuneScape Game Card ?
Have you spoken to Diango/checked your bank ?
Have you purchased the card between the 22nd of June and the 15th of July (inclusive).
Have you checked through the FAQ found here?
I have answered yes to all of the questions. I have the receipt for the 100 day membership card from EB Games as well as the card. The receipt has the date and time printed on it. Please reply to me. Is it possible to still receive the flaming skull without purchasing another membership card? If not, What will I receive? Will I still receive the Flaming Skull?

sooo...... i have bought a 90day gamecard from Uk:Game.. activated it received my 90 days but where is my skull? my banks not full and diango does'nt have it.
tried relogging no skull... how doi get this item then jagex?
I have a Game receipt with the date and time on it i hav the reference number from redeeming it on your website. if i dont receive my skull i find it only right to take legal action if i dont receive it soon considering you guys are saying that it ends onthe 15th which it is the 5th. i take that as false advertisement seeing as i only bought this stupid card for the item in the firstplace. sort it out please.

Yet again we have an offer that is EXCLUSIVE to gamecard buyers but for those of us who have been long term members and pay regularly on a monthly basis we get nothing.
Yes the flaming skull does look very good and I am one of many thousands of long standing members that would like to get hold of one but .......
We already subscribe every month so where is the incentive to pay over the odds for a 90 or 100 day pass when we have been loyal players for many years?!?
I appreciate you are trying to expand the members player base but i think as many do that these type of incentives should be given as a reward for remaing loyal members as well as the new members you are hoping to attract. Surely players like myself with hundreds of playing hours under our belts should also benefit, I don't see many rewards for 100, 200, 300 + hrs milestones
