i just redeemed my 90 day card less than half an hour ago and didnt get my skull either hope they fix this prob i only bought membs so i could get the skull lol

I dont think it was stated clearly so i am going to ask to be 100% clear.
Is this flaming skull a limited time item? meaning, if i purchase a membership card, am i ensured this flaming skull will not be released at a later date for something else under any other form, name, or ID?
