can someone help me i followed all what jagex said and i don't have my skull i bought from 7/11 on the inclusive list iv even looked it up to make sure can someone help me please dono if its a glitch or something its not in my bank and its not at diago can someone look into this or something

I have just been into game and got my 90 day membership card, iv have space in my bank, its not there, and go to him in draynor and select the option for it and all i got was a little exp lamp, didnt get my flaming skull:/ and he says that i have everything... how do i go about getting my skull?

Hey Jagex, I went out to my local game, as seen on the store locator, on your website,
according to the locator, there are 2 GAMES within my area, this is wrong, there is only one, since the other has gone out of business, anyway I went into the store, and they have had *NOTHING* Runescape Related for the last few months due to the store not being shipped any *AT ALL* And due to GAME going bankrupt in the UK, the closest one to me is now Scarborough, however I think they've gone out of business too, and I really am not taking trip down there to be disappointed if they have also gone out of business
However many other stores such as Tesco, Asda, HMV and WH-Smith all have the the cards. I was wondering if theres anything you could do for me, if for example I bought a card from HMV, or WH-Smith. If not, then thanks. It'd be nice of you to get back to me.

I have the same problem as mentioned above. Now that the majority of Game Stores in the UK have closed there isn't one anywhere near me. There is however a Gamestation which sells the cards and also a WH Smith. I have a recurring membership by debit card so I don't want to buy a game card from one of those stores to unnecesaarily extend my membership if I won't get the flaming skull. Can anyone help? Is there any way around this for UK customer who no longer have a Game Store near them?!?
