hey there, im pretty confused on how we know that we get a flaming skull with the pre-paid card, do i just go into my local store and pick up any random 90 day membership to receive the flaming skull or does it have to be a specific pre-paid card?

Does anyone know if I can buy the 90 day card from game in the UK by ordering it from their site? or do I actually have to go in to one, because not only is that embarrassing as hell but also it's miles away from my house >.<
