very cool this update is going to be, but it would be cooler if the aberrant spectres is stronger, i feel like those monsters feel like they're one of the lamest creatures in the whole tower, please make them stronger jagex and make me feel like taking them down feel they're a real challenge

What you call "Love" is what i call stupidity IF you like it for no reason. You hate me for not taking people seriously who can't give legitimate reason for liking an update?

When you are talking about graphics making the game better then you have no idea what makes a "Good" game. A good game depends on the gameplay and not the "shiny objects and effects".

I have played tons of games and i don't give 2 cannon balls about how well the game looks. If its core gameplay sucks then its not really fun.

The only thing people like about the update is the build up of video and nothing else.

I have been around this game for 10 years+ (and still going), so don't tell me what to love and not about this game. I have been here long enough to tell when an update is good or bad or meh. Graphical reworks are add ons, its not gonna make the game run smoother or give you something new to do.

Its not gonna take long before people forget about the rework and just see that training slayer has been really slow since the EoC.

The update of the rework is Meh, because it has NOTHING new besides a new graphical look and a fairytale for the readers. No new slayer tasks (just a guy giving you more xp for old ones) by which i mean that there are no new slayer creatures to kill with new drops.

If you have been killing mobs in the slayer tower before the update then you will have the exact same outcome apart from some xp which in my opinion is a stupid decision by jagex to lure players there with extra xp. Lets face it, Jagex knows that if they didn't add the extra xp then the update would flop after the first day, because the tasks will still be the SAME OLD SAME OLD. If Jagex was smart they would actually add new monsters to kill (maybe EoC based) with new drops.

Now i just gave you a detailed description why its not worth the hype. They are stupid, because they have no idea what makes a good update (new content and fun gameplay, not new looks).

Remember when I said the slayer tower doesn't need fixing? I take it all back!

P.S: Although I'm anti-EoC (for valid reasons), one thing I looked foreward to was using metamorphis with ancient magicks (Turning into a ghost for shadow, or becoming a vampyre for blood spells, or whatever for miasmic) I'd love the old types and for miasmic spells to return Also, I have one last request, I was thinking of recommending level 99 stuff outside of daemonehiem. For example, the power of zaros spell for mages. gernade launchers for rangers, and torva's katana for meleers.

Anyways, I love the new look. I personally see nothing bad about it at all (no sarcasm)

As an PVM player, i have been waiting for this update since it was brought to our attention on the monthly update.

I have to admit, slayer is one of the reasons I enjoy Runescape. Pushing my player to do more, and me to be better.

Adding contracts to slayer in the tower and allowing players to do both.... mmmm i can smell my vine whip.

Stupid update from jagex as usual.

If we really wanted graphical updates ( or just better graphics we woulda been playing other games ).

Why do you guys continue release graphical updates? for god sake. There are all ****!

People are NOT coming back.

a few tips to you jagex:

Fire all you graphical developers and hire some poeple to work on a pre eoc server.

How hard it is to understand?

Excited for all of this but when i heard their updating a new quest along with the graphical rework...........God dammit my accounts membership just expired and I can't renew it cuz im busy with school? Why remove my favourite cape. :(
