Ever since I became of age to work at Jagex I have tried for the past three years.
But, is the requirement still a resident in the U.K.?
Or was this just to advertise the positions easier?
It would be that Undo. Anyone from outside of the UK or the EU won't be accepted because of Visa's and the UK Border Authority.. which is a shame.. I've always wanted to work for Jagex but I can't as an Australian citizen. (Jagex, you should have a few regional centres around the world so people can work for you this way, just saying)..
Not true, Visas can be obtained realtively easily. Also, Mod Sushi Pi is american yet still has a job.

Not all of us can move to the UK easily, I'm sure Pi was able to do that easily because of his age and previous knowledge in the gaming field, but when you're in your late teens to early 20s you haven't got much of a chance to be able to just pick up and move overseas. This is why I think Regional Centres across the world (Australia, USA etc) would be a good starting point to increase numbers of employees that work at Jagex (and be able to cover a better 24/7 workload too). This character has been poor since his creation in June 2005.
