Any chance of adding the magic watering can to the toolbelt?
That can is a quest reward and my Guess cannot be there. But why? The Garden lepr has it stored for you.

It just seems all of you want to complain. You just want and want and want. It seems you can never just wait for things.
It seems every time I visit the forum, it's always filled with people whining and moaning about not getting what they want. You know what, there are thousands of other people playing this game and what they want isn't always what you want. Not everyone wants to see that same thing you do, and that's what ticks me off. A bunch of selfish children who only want what they want, and damned everyone else who gets what they want. You are not the only one playing Runescape, remember that. Other people pay and want to see other things. I suggest growing the hell up and realizing that it's not all about you. That's what a child thinks.

The only Problem I see with the tool belt update is that I have to have two Dragon Hatchets because I can not fight Jade Vine with one in tool belt it has to be wielded

Sorry Shojo, if this may be defined as winning but I thought it would be able to be used for everything, your point has my agreement you are 100% correct
