Tears thingy sux,cant even bank it.So 1 item slot lost or two slots if your skilling.Sry but i dont find battle of lummy interesting at all.Nothing is for free in life,not even rs life.Have to pay duke guy 45k for 28k cons xp.Thought i was going to get xp from the tears i turned in,but no Jagex want my cashy.
Hope for new port update soon,im maxed at ports and still getting scroll missions,wasted xp lamps from Meg and xp voyages even i have 99 in that skill.Why cant we block it like dailies?Only thing worth looking for is new quest,new skill im not so sure since its collecting skill,bright side it has some usage like in pray.....but well that gonna be nerfed like pray sooner or later i guess.
1. You don't pay to Duke of Lumbridge. You decide what the money from his treasury will go for.
2. You can get xp from tears. Once you deposit tears, you get renown, which you can spend at questmaster, who sells, amongst other things, xp lamps. Including huge ones, which gives about 848.27*e^(0.0458*L) xp ... (L being current level, e being eulers number).
3. New gathering skill means that the other skill (which will follow after a few months) will be artisan skill. You've got time to gather many resources, so you can get more benefits from that skill right when it's released, without having to spend money or do divination.
