I would like to inject an idea to improve rs3 further, perhaps some "completion bars" for targets that can be toggled and adjusted in size to be put where the user likes.

Overall love the new UI, Gives the user more customization to their own individual tastes. ;)

Okay, not whining or anything, I just really dislike how a lot of the things you click on, open up on a page and fill the screen, rather than just being displayed in the corner like with the old interface, also, please can you change the 'old school' interface so that it's actually like the current interface, not just take away the customisable option?

the chat needs some work (well more then some, like A LOT!!!) and a few other things.....why don't you guys give **** a little more time besides a few months....in all honesty look at the disaster you guys made with EOC......no one gave feed back so you guys thought it was ok. I understand testing ALL of it is pretty hard, but still. Aside that, why did you ever release the EOC update then turn around and not even a year later come up with new interfaces..... :/ seems illogical on your part. but im just throwing this out there, make rs3 able to be a tad more customizable so it can be made to look like it is now...changing the **** twice a year if ******* ******** if you ask me. some people either just got use to eoc or arnt even use to it....then to throw this **** at them. I think it is a bit much don't you think?
