Very excited for RS3 as long as it get optimised better. As of now i get about 15fps on HTML 5 beta (maxxed settings) and i have a decent spec. computer. I get 50 FPS on current game on maxxed settings no matter what i do. As long as you raise the average FPS and longer loading times, I think it will do great!!!

tri geting a beter processer might help im rining html5 at 35-40 fps but it only a beta so it will most likely run faster when it comes out
