This states you increase the chance basically

Why does it feel like a massive decrease? We can't get chins anymore? Us hunters are getting 1 in 10 chins, is this intentional? ( At 97 hunter )

Mod Ash is there a possibility we can set up some sort of a developer tracker a place we can see all of the developers posts on forums? If this already exists then where? If not can we so the community keeps updated on all JMod posts about Old School Runescape?
