After having seen how Jagex (Mod Mmg) likes to use data like this, I would prefer the truth over a simple 'congratulations' to Jagex. This is historical, and it needs to be represented by the truth. 200m players is not the truth, only that it is representative of how many 'accounts' have been created since the launch of RS.
If I congratulate Jagex for this number, I want to be realistic in not giving false praise for a number that they achieved from other things, not just a fantastic community of players.
Jagex wants to boast a record, they can face the fact that a portion (and a huge portion) of this number represents cheaters and illicit activity. I'm sorry, but I am not about to just swallow this number and say congratulations.

Congratulations, even though all of the accounts aren't legitimate, it's still pretty amazing to see that amount of accounts. It is a truly epic achievement, and probably a bit historic for the gaming industry.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I was wondering what that counter meant, so THANK YOU for going a bit more in depth. I was scared that it meant 200,000 players... So I was scrambling to figure out what "since launch" meant.
BUT 200 MILLION!! Haha. WOW! FANTASTIC!!
