Oh jeez. Jagex celebrating its bots.
How many active players do we have? 2% of that total? Lol.
No achievement there, in my eyes.
Honestly, this is like having a mass recruit for a clan, most of the recruits being duplicate accounts or bots or just non-contributing members at all, celebrating the 500th clan member, when really only 10 people in the clan log in.
Instead of making us out to be numbers, why don't we have more celebrations about what players actually do aside from register?

EDIT: The real achievement is that despite all of the bots and lousy crap that's happened these past few years is that we're still managing to get some new players.

Okay guys does every post have to be something about bots or throw away accounts seriously?
and @Benny2506 Your just plain stupid if you think that Jagex is just as bad drug dealers etc.
The kids on this game now a days i really can't believe it. The bots are less annoying then all you winy kids on the game. You need to grow up jeez.
Plenty of acutual players play the game Jagex is about to reach 200 million accounts and that's crazy we don't have to state in every comment about a % are real.

Tell me. Do you ever turn your private to on?
Do the mass hoard of gold spammers count towards this 200m?
Do the gold spammer ad bots on almost every world count?
Do the mass of bots littered all over the first few pages of the hunter scores factor in?
This is like counting the number of breathes I take. It's inevitable. Still. Gratz I guess..
It is testament to this game and it's longevity I'll give you that. I don't want sound whiny like many others, but of course I shall still play, I like it here. Still means I'm allowed to submit my disgruntled thoughts though
