When I load up the beta it gets as far as the background and then nothing else happens, no log in screen or anything, my Chrome may well be a few months out of date though so I'm going to check that and try again.

If I can't use HTML5 on my old computer then I'll only be able to play OldSchool once it goes live, which isn't really a bad thing but still...
They say it's not the children it's the parent thats the problem
but if we teach the children how to parent that's the problem solved then!

They are picking people with certain computer stats to get all the info they need and are upholding there promise they made with the gold/silver memberships. And rich kids? it was cheaper to get gold then pay for each month of the year......

Mine takes forever to load as well. Not sure if it's even loading. I lagged terribly when using the HTML 5 monster database so I'm not sure if it would be the same here. I'm using a MacBook Pro.

same here! don't even know if it's loading. the screen just shows that it's loading but i've been loading it for like the past 5 minutes. i'm running a macbook (version 10.5.8). i can't upgrade to the latest version of google chrome so i'm not sure if that's the reason why...

For all those who are being childish and wanting to play the Beta, stop, the frame rate is impossible to play with. Now something I have to say for the beta.
These need to be changed.
1. I noticed that when I joined I was in the live game. Now this is very good and helps with the interaction with other players but I also believe that it should not count for the live game. Taking into account how the EOC beta worked. That would be good so that our items are safe.
2. The frame rate.
I am on a very good computer with some good specs.
Like the Mods say, the frame rate is not going to be good and they are right.
The only reason I am not on at the moment is the frame rate. ( I would love that to be changed soon :D )
For now, that is all I'd like to see changed and all I have to say.

I've downloaded and installed the latest Google Chrome now but still getting this Log in screen issue o.O
