Honestly, I'm disgusted at what I see on this thread.

before the beta was released that it would be
limited access
! That means, yes, some of you won't get in! Jagex is not at fault for not picking you. You knew going in, when you applied, that if you weren't a gold or silver player, you might not get selected to participate - maxed or not. Did you not think about the fact that perhaps it's not just stats that let's Jagex choose who to select? It was clearly stated that they want a large variety of players to be in the beta. That means that a level 100 player might get access preferentially to a level 200 player. ''Whine, I'm maxed and I'm not in!'' Sorry. You knew it could happen, and maybe they already had enough maxed players by the time they got to your name. Maybe they needed a level 30 player with no stats above 28. Goodness, you sound like a bunch of children, whining that you didn't get picked even though you applied.
In short, please grow up. Seriously. It's embarrassing reading this nonsense on here. I expected some mature players who could accept that they won't necessarily get picked, maxed or not, and although that is present to some degree, by and large I'm reading a bunch of whiny brats who can't believe that they didn't get picked. Also: Not one of you has proof that people who got picked over you are RWITers. It's ridiculous to try to pin your non-selection on the fact that you don't buy spins. For goodness's sake, calm down and grow up a bit.
