Naow you gave the vets their server, 07scape, its now time for a new runescape age of html 5. Hopefully we can play this on phones in the near-future!

To bring Runescape to phones will be the true death of runescape. Tablets? Maybe. But any game ported to phones is destined for the hands of casual gamers.

Wtf are you talking about? I play runescape now in my bed with iphone becouse i am sick. And i dont see any death...

NOTE: As it's coming up a lot, yes, your present RuneScape characters (the ones you play with on the modern/main game) will be fully available to use in RuneScape 3 when it launches. No starting over - all stats and items will persist.

I happen not to play Runescape 2 because the game as a whole is naff. What you are ultimately doing is rebranding the game in order to develop a stronger market share.

07scape sparked great interest after EoC fed the demand - PvP = Not enoyable
Skilling has become outstandingly fast and lacks justification
PvM, simply put; one dimensional

I appreciate others share a different opinion, and I am not criticising Runescape 3, but rather your decision to persist with the broken Runescape 2.
