It grieves me that flowers and horses have been changed to be un-random.

Don't get me wrong, I'm very much against gambling, especially the hosts making bank over the backs of other players.
However, by changing the game to prevent gambling with these features, you are permanently damaging your own game for everyone.

Having a rule "no gambling" and consistently muting those that break it should be enough to eradicate the problem. Let the pmods go to park on this! ;D

At least this ^ has finally been realised by Jagex.
I hope that some day, when all the gamling has been eradicated, we may see our flowers, dice, seals and horsies restored to their former glory.
