Think Jagex realizes this is just going to refuel the demand to put horses in rs. Techinically there are horses in rs (the invisible ones pulling the shilo village carts(it says in the dialog box that horses are pulling the cart)! Oh and awesome pony!

There actually was in the General forums, there was an option to create a NPC controlled gambling centre but apparently the community would rather see gambling dead rather than controlled. . Aww, I really need to go on the forums more

Gano top, bottom, visor, master wand, ward of subjugation, seers ring, fury, rage fires, gano gloves, vampirism, any gs in your inv(for the xil) use either ice blitz or barrage pray deflect melee(protect will work) super magic & defense pots(or ovls), 5-8 super restores or prayer pots and your highest healing food(not brews) and your good to go :) hope it helps
