I purchased a
$25
game card yesterday and activated it, but I don't have the outfit in my bank, inventory, the customization thing or Diango in Draynore doesn't have it either.
What should I do?

And I want a reply from a MOD

Not that princess chick replying on everyones thing.

Hello,
I bought a 25.00$ red pre-paid card
I appyed it to my account april 4/13
I can't find the free promotional Sky Pouncer outfit any where?
I can see it ,but it's not available?
Does anyone know how to activate the promotion before its over april 30/13? crazycat447
