Judging by the time that has passed since posts have been made past page 2 (the last and only Jmod post on this topic), I'm guessing that Jagex Staff has no intention of responding to our complaints.

They must be too busy counting our money, thinking of some lame excuse or lie to come up with as to why they either cannot respond or adjust this update for those of us with the gold members package, or they are too afraid to face the truth - that they are scr__wing over the people who made them the rich S.O.B's they are today!
(It is probably all 3 reasons).

If it wasn't for us PAYING MEMBERS, they would have no game other than the free version. WE made them who they are today, and the thanks we get is a big middle-finger-slap-to-the-face.

I thought that part of the Premier package was the guarentee that all new membership promotion content for gamecards 2013 would be included.

BUT the wording is this "A range of cosmetic items, previously only available with game card purchases"**** 2012 items

So... I assume that were they to offer the same package next year, this year's game items would be likely to be in it.

Always a reason to read things carefully - drat!

no sorry you guys fooled me once already, not gonna let that happen again, wont buy, wont support anything from promo or game card items. i dont believe you anymore.....you loosing my trust. the items does look great great but so what. we not gonna get it because the way you do things lied and cheated us.

Ah, yes, game cards.

What do I have to do with a game card if I have the 1-year premiere member pack? Nothing. You just left us behind.

And what the others said, the other stuff you got with game cards and premium member. Available in SGS.

What's left of my premier member? I don't even feel premier.

I would like to know why only cards from GameStop (USA) are always required for these free items? Why can't a card from Krogers or Walmart or any of the other stores be acceptable? I bought 2 years worth of game cards last year at Kroger and can't use any of them on these offers. That's just not right.
