Everybody will have to start from level 3. Why?

1. Skills on Runescape now are easier to train with the additions of new content, ivy for woodcutting, bonfires for firemaking etc.. None of that existed in 2007 and you would have experience on the game which was gained from those methods.

2. Money making is easier in Runescape and alot of the methods didn't exist, such as rocktail fishing, squeal of fortune etc.. So if banks were transferred over to the 2007 version of the game, they would contain money that actually wasn't earned using the resources available in 2007.

3. People became maxed from training with higher leveled stronger weapons such as godswords and chaotics, again, do not exist in the 2007 game. It would also be pointless in playing it if everyone had their accounts transferred over anyway because no difference would have really been made apart from the graphics and the lack of content.

@Tautvis2012 That's not true, there a many people here that enjoyed old RuneScape, including myself.

People will indeed pay membership to vote when the incentive to vote is they get a month's membership FREE on the 2007 server. That way they're just paying for membership to play, instead of just voting.
