Wait... Why are people saying that it is all about money therefore it is a bad thing and they are in the wrong.
People need to remember JaGeX is a COMPANY therefore they need to make PROFIT so that they can have a decent wage as it is their JOB, and by pleasing the community they make more PROFIT, so they can develop the servers EOC and 07 (by 07 I mean bot nukes and server maintenance not updates)
You also have to realize the cost servers of 2000 players bring. As stated 50 worlds of 2000 players is a lot, of course JaGeX can pay that mysterious amount, but they need to make that money back and gain some profit for it to even be considered worth it from a business point of view, also why should they pay for OUR entertainment?
Of course 07 won't have 50 servers (well not to start with) but the fact remains that servers are EXPENSIVE and they need to pay for the initial cost somehow without taking too many resources from the EoC servers, as they do not want to hinder the main games progress.
People need to take some time and read the main post and investigate it a bit before jumping to conclusions, I am talking for both sides here.
I personally am for the 2007 servers and cannot wait! It literally made my day when I heard about it!
