I really wouldn't mind paying to play the old RuneScape. I LOVED it.

I really wish they would just offer the service for a price because there's no way they're going to get 750k votes. EoC absolutely killed the numbers of active/regular players. It boggles my mind how they thought it would be a good idea. they literally signed their own death warrant by doing so.

The game was good because it wasn't. Fact.

In the case that 750k votes is reached, i'll be a happy man. But I'm not real hopeful.

I also think pre-2007 accounts should be allowed to vote on this. You would have the 750k rank filled in no time... But maybe that's why they haven't?

guys they want over 700k members to vote so that they bring it completly back.... there arent even that many players in rs... they know that max number of votes will be around 100k therefore they will create another server for old rs and charge $15....

***ex know they have failed with EOC...so they are trying to turn in around to make make more profit


there is no way that there will be over 500k votes. let alone 750k

For anyone thinkings its a yes/no vote....

Chances are its gonna only have one answer and it will be something like this "Will you be interested in using a server from 2007?" since they want to gauge how many players are interested in this Neo-RSC so to speak.

I love EOC, but im super interested in this because it was 2 years before I started playing RS in 2009. Love to see how it was back then, whether im on a clean slate or 'some' of my stats are transferred (like magic) will give it a whirl!

@Season No in the short run it might effect your weekly update but in the long run you with the increased revenue Jagex will be able to hire more people and get you even more updates. They won't be dividing much to the old servers - we don't really want updates apart from maybe anti-bot updates.

This will be EPIC the dds will live again!! as will pking in edgeville, trading on world two, and anceints will own again, but i have one consern...if everyone starts out fresh does that mean we will have NO way of buying and selling rares?? i mean i want my account to have a santa...so please elaborate how that will work..
