Unfortunately, no. They are planning to release a server from August 10th. Godwars was released on August 28th... Sucks I know.

Why do all you people keep thinking that they are going to make this the present day server? They're not going to reset account, they're not going to make former runescape 2007 runescape. It is simply a new server. Quit your complaining and read what they post.
