Hey there, I quit RuneScape about half a year ago, and I am currently only active in the RuneScape Wiki community. I heard about this update, and I just want to say I think it's awesome. I'd love to have the vote get the same requirements as posting on the forums, because that would allow people who have quit RuneScape who would come back for RS2007 to be able to vote. I would definitely want to play RS2007 if it became available.
I've got 2 questions though:
You say the level 1 and 2 votecounts would make it cost *5 extra. Does this mean you need to buy RuneScape membership, along with RS2007 membership? Or would it be possible to buy just RS2007 membership, in the same way as Funorb membership works? I think a lot of people would come back for this if it would be possible to buy seperate membership (paying for regular membership plus $5/mth is kinda expensive though).
EDIT: nevermind this one, already answered in the FAQ...
Would the stats of players be the exact same as they were at the time of the backup, would it be possible to transfer stats, or would you start over like with the re-openings of RSC?
Jagex, thanks a lot for making this possible. I think it's great you're trying to get back in touch with the community. I am looking forward to playing RS2007 again.
