Although I personally wont be spending much time except for maybe a visit or when I am bored in this place, I definitely support it because of the players *hat want this part of the game to stay alive.

awesome Jagex, but please make it so everyone can vote because I know alot of people who have ended their membership and would renew the second they know old servers are coming back. But they won't renew just to vote because they have been screwed by you guys before. Not to mention many people are quite content with private servers. The way I see Jagex needs this more than us! Make the vote for free players!

I probably won't play the 2007 servers unless we get 500k+ votes, but I know a lot of people who would be willing to pay to play the old servers, so I'm glad that Jagex is doing this. Spread the word everyone.

P.S. Everyone who's saying do 2009 or 2011 or whatever year servers, read the freaking FAQ. They can't/won't do anything except this option because it's the most complete old version of the game they have and will be the easiest to implement. Be happy with what you got.

Jagex.. don't do this please. People won't miss the old RuneScape after playing this for a while and will miss the live game and get bored of the 2007 server because of no new content, It's a waste of time and no one would want to start from scratch anyways. Look at RuneScape Classic, 100 players online maximum? It's because people get bored of doing the same things over and over - no new content on it, no new exciting updates to look forward to, just the same old game. We all got used to the Evolution of Combat, so this is also bad timing, don't bring old servers.. just leave the game as it is.
