Can I still play on the “main” game with my account?

Yes, you’d have a unique ‘save game’ on each version of the game, but access with the same account credentials, so you only need to remember one username and ********.


Does this mean if I play the 'main' RS and log out everything I have done will be lost if I forget to 'SAVE'????????? Ouch, not sure I like that!

A fool would not pay a few dollars and miss out on something they truly loved and missed constantly. I am also a vet almost since day 1 of RS, have countless days of playtime, and am more than willing to start over to play a game I once loved and plan on quitting current RS for good for the sacrifice (not a big sacrifice).

You see the logical side, I see something that I truly want as an old player and we technically may not have to pay at all lol.

Just stating my personal opinion..

I see what you guys are doing with the whole level 3 start from scratch thing..

BUT -

I, and i'm sure a lot of other people would much rather prefer, if possible, that there be a way to keep our stats. This would not include dungeoneering, or summoning, as neither are on the '07 version of the game, but re-doing quests I did so many years ago, with there being changed guides now, since there are re-done quests, I.. Idk.

I was really hoping that the 2007 servers would be implemented with our stats kept, and our banks erased, or something along those lines. It would be a lot more worthwhile for a lot of people.

However, if I do have to restart, I would, for the sake of re-living some moments for myself.

TLDR:

why don't you just let us keep our stats and delete banks, or at least have the option to do this? You pulled stats over from regular game to EoC Beta, so why not from EoC to 2007 servers? It wouldn't be that hard. I personally have put in almost 200 days of playing time, from 2007-2013, and Skilling was fun at times, but also very tedious.
