Regardless if Jagex brings back 2007 servers or not, people are always going to find something to complain about whether its the pricing of the membership, or "it's not the Pre-Eoc server from 2012", or we have to start over, blah, blah, blah. I'm not a huge fan of Jagex, but at least they're giving the people (like myself) what we want now, which is old rs back, regardless of the date. Give Jagex credit for at least trying and listening to our feedback. The 2007 servers is all they could find and they can't transfer account stats back to the 2007 servers, which is understandable. You will have to start fresh if you decide to play the 2007 server. I put a lot of money into my main and I don't like the idea of starting over, but If you don't like it, DON'T PLAY IT and play EOC, simple. I know I'll be playing both, EOC on my main and 2007 on my new account. Find a way to adapt. Kudos to Jagex for restoring old rs and now is the time to create new memories.


On a side note, yes, I do think Jagex should introduce rares into the 2007 server.

Honnestly I loved oldscape and I glad that Jagex listened to their customers and decided to bring it back the one thing I can't overly stand is how before this 90% of people were complaining saying that 06/07 were the best days and in my opion that is right but the fact that jagex is now doing that and people have the nerve to moan and complain saying its crap how they're not doing a 09/10 server is just plain wrong..... but what ever haters are going to hate and people are going to complain at every little thing they get given to them. Its sad but its how life is now :/

What if rares where implemented trough treasure trails?
That would keep a steady price and everyone has a fair chance of getting one.
The chance of getting one would be very slim and would still make them rare.


After all Partyhats are only cosmetics with a sentimental value.
