Now to see how many people complain about this. *sigh*. Personally I view it as a smart move, it'll shut up alot of people. It'll be a seperate version from what I understand for those confused on what's going on.

I just want to view the forums in peace without the 2006 threads popping up on a constant basis. But I guess a group of people nag enough, Jagex will try to accomidate.

You all better be grateful Jagex actually changed their minds, they were pretty hellbent on *** going back to the past. So you all want it, you better support it.

I'll put in a positive vote just to play my small part. I'm on YouTube - Search me at Littlejayberry . Or don't. Up to you.

hi everybody, i have also been a member for many years and although i am still a member i dont play as much as i did. hopefully this change will go through so i may play both as the mood takes me. i must say i for one do miss the old combat styles i also know not everybody does but it good to have the choice. well done jagex and thk u for taking notice of a lot of vet players.

First, you can't vote for different years, you obviously didn't read the post, all they have available is 2007. Second, there isn't really a reason to be against it, I understand not wanting to play it, but getting angry and hating it just doesn't make sense. If you don't like it don't play it. It seems like everyone just like arguing against everything Jagex does.

RuneScape so you say you'll do updates in 2013...But on the main post you do not mention the years after. In my mind you guys are stopping EoC once the already planned updates are out? Then letting both games sit on their current versions?

Or are you going to launch Runescape 2007 as if they're classic servers, and continue to upgrade Runescape EOC for the next 1000 YEARS IF POSSIBLE?! :D

I've played since 2005 (various accounts) and I like the sound of being able to do two accounts...I'd actually make a pure...I never done so but since the games a split it kinda makes sense now. Thanks for your answers, hope you can provide. Getting back into this

Please consider doing RSC (Classic) too! Starting from fresh with bot protection and just couple of mods. This would bring thousands of players for the ultimate nostalgic feeling of playing game they played when they were young.
