People before complaining about p2p only vote, please hear me out.

It being said that you can actually subsribe p2p trial account for about 2$. Everyone can afford that!

Years ago when I was younger, affording was not my problem. My problem was not having a credit card. Which I guess still applies to most younger players.

Ummmm...actually I will subscribe just to vote! I'm buying a Card today in fact. So you can check tomorrow and see that I did. I would have said later today but I have to close at work so I will be home late. Picking up the card at 7-11 on the way to work!!!

I think Jagex will be watching how many "New" members pop up durring this vote and take that into account also.

Two issues that keep coming up are rares and account stats.

1. Starting at level 3 again will be a bit of a hassle.

2. There were rares back in 2007, leaving them out wouldn't be a wise move since they've been there so long anyway.

3. I think, if possible, we should retain the stats we had at the time in 2007. And rares should still be in.

4.Whoever had the rares at that time in 2007, would retain them.

17 July - Jagex updates the Pest Control activity to fix the faster-than-intended rate at which high-level players could train by teaming up and playing games extremely quickly to earn Pest Control points, which could be exchanged for experience. Infuriated players stage a massive riot in Falador in World 99 which will be later called the World 99 riot. A new record is also set for simultaneous users active on the Rants section of the official forums, with numbers of active users rising above 350.

The numbers are picked accordingly. If it was open to F2P, the amount of required votes would have been in the millions even for the LOWEST requirement.

It is to figure out whether it is economically viable.
