I really like world 48. Although the number of players isn't very high (yet) I meet enough players at the popular skilling locations.

Mod pips, 07 runescape should be for f2p as well. 2/3 of all runescape, even back before the GE, is made up of f2p players. Runscape is trying to get back the old players and satisfy players but from what is seen, the main focus is money. If the interest was to gain back old players, which would dramatically increase players online, then have 07' runescape f2p. More players, inscreased revenue.
