That was amazing --- And it came complete with Jagex style humour! I did, however, notice random little 'hands' hidden in the artwork! I choose to believe that these were Easter Eggs, and fully believe that the author should do the same.

I found seven in total :) .

really? because i thought they would never allow free trade again but that changed, and besides, sowrecked has already made a legitimate petition to bring back some old combat servers, not necessarily 2006 servers. jagex, PLEASE acknowledge the communities wants, and if you don't think I hold the majority opinion, then please hold a non-biased ballot where the players can chose the fate of the combat system. after all, you said you were going to make 2013 "our year". The EOC was a mistake, keyboard smashing does not add to the overall enjoyment of the game. Acknowledge your mistake, and lets make runescape the best game there ever was again.

I find it funny you say just log on and wait for an advertisement.

I never get any advertisements, also calling legitimate players bots just makes you lose credibility on the forums.

I suggest heading back over to whatever COD you were playing and yell at it more.

Also looking back at your previous forum posts on all threads, all you did was whine and say you're dropping members while flaming those who actually support the game.

Jagex is still thriving, and people like you inhibit the growth. I don't appreciate people trying to ruin the game and its enjoyable aspects.

As a final note, Pre-EOC combat was about 150% worse than it is now, they already reached the max of what they could do, and to those who say it's all about the gear take this into consideration.

I took my noob who could only wear adamant at the time of the EoC Beta and was able to successfully kill someone in dragon, the armour doesn't make the difference, though honestly the extra LP helps. It's the level of knowledge of the abilities and weaknesses that divide those who adapted to the EoC versus those who refuse to give up their special attacks.

Also as a side note, MMG didn't say the EoC was a mistake, he never once said it other it being used once in the quote by Einstein. The EoC has its bugs, but they are being patched week by week.

I would like to know why JMods don't respond our posts about getting RS old servers . . .
Why r u all so scared?2013 would be OUR YEAR You guys said it and i dont think this will be our year if u keep being blind and dont listen the whole majority of the community
What we want?We just want old combat system back We r whiling to pay for the servers Just admit that u were wrong and tell us something Cant u guys see that RS is dead?Atm theres 71k people playing RS and alot of people just quitted cuz EOC came in U admitted that EOC was rushed The beta of EOC had 2 worlds while there was about 200 people in which one and u guys still made EOC and now RS is going to the trash can I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY WE CANT BE RESPOND Tell us something!We made this game known and we still can make this game die or cant u see that?LISTEN TO COMMUNITY!!

Admit that EOC was a mistake and learn to listen to your community Its not too late to come back!!!!!

Jagex has already said why they cannot do both pre-eoc and eoc servers. They said it numerous times so considering that why do you keep pushing that argument?

The petition is not useful, any random person can sign it and they might not even play the game, so I don't see how that petition can be considered legitimate.

The EoC was not a mistake, it was the only way Jagex could move this game forward and actually make the future updates possible.

Harmonater, you're wrong. There are legitimate players who actually support EoC, like me, and JaGeX never said it was a mistake. After all the work they had to create it and the number of people playing going up, I don't really believe they are going back now. I am not a bot, I don't really care about what you have to say about this, I am not from 2012, I started playing before even 2010 as it states on my membership counter and I am sure the time I have played on other accounts is way bigger than whatever you did, even though I am sure you can easily lie. I did have awesome times on the old RS and it does not mean I can not have them on this one.
Nothing interesting happens.
