Ok jagex, If you want your players to be happy and everything why would you not start a poll? You are only doing what you think is right (which is wrong). I have been playing since 06 and I've worked through your past horrible updates, but this one.....am I even playing runescape anymore? EoC looks more like a combination of World of Warcraft and Assassin's Creed which is terrible. I thought this was an "original" game. You guys kept it strong for so long and you can't even see that you're ruining the game with all of your unneeded updates. Obviously this update isn't good for you financially since you've lost probably 4% of your places, but that's why you decided to add in real world trading when you allowed Squeal of Fortune spins able to be bought. Do you even read what your runescape community has to say about your updates? or are you just that selfish and unconcerned that you're just going to ruin the game. Any new player just starting runescape won't know what the heck to do. In all honestly....you guys really messed up with not going more into depth with this updates, get more involved with your community next time and you won't have such a bad outcome. It's sad to see that you're so careless of your players.

I'm sure that some believe this new EoC is great, but I'm having real problems with it, especially with ranging. According to the equipment page, I should be able to use adamant arrows with my maple short bow, yet when I attack a target, I get the message that my maple shortbow isn't powerful enough for the ammunition I have, which is the adamant arrows. It will allow me to use mithril arrows but not the addies which is my preferred choice.
Also, the "combat academy tutorial" gets a bit confusing when it starts talking about abilities.
Quite honestly, I would have preferred if the EoC was a minigame like FoG. Too much to do when one just wants to play the game.

Jagex wot on earth are your staff thinking of ruining a totally unique game,by trying to coppy games like WOW,COD ect. you have the customers because the game is unique.Have they not thought if peeps wanted all this type of gaming they would be playing other games and not Rune Scape.We all play rs because it is totally different to any other game.
