I've just earned 99 in Attack and have set goals to reach 200 million in that skill. My question though, will it make a difference or give me an advantage.

Maybe people, we could do an vote about the stuffs in Runescape?
I really "loved" the game before..
But now i like it, because it's the same title as before, if this was another game looked like this, eoc new updates and so on, i wouldn't play it.
Now please answer me..
Is there a chance we could do a vote for the changes/updates about runescape?
