Its the season to be jolly but not in runescape instead there are arguments about killing snowmen and players generally upset with this new special event and i for one can not blame them. What has happened there was a time when the special christmas event was open to all and a small quest was required with the reward being the same for all who took part. This way there was no upset or arguments and it was a time where player helped other players a time for giving and enjoying. But not now instead there is a mass scrum with players fighting and arguing with one another and why is this it is simple it is due to jagex who as we all know are only intrested in profit before player and what better way to tempt more players than to mention two words (valuable drops).

easy way to solve the problem, raids all over the gielnor plane, no people stacking, and every1 can enjoy a kill of a snowman, since its like 100 players per snowman this event seems useless :p
it seemed like a nice event though, but only 1 spot to spawn isn't really much fun,
and making different snowmen, like lvl 20 30 40 50 ... lvl10*n , and drops according to the lvl, making it more fun and enjoyable

Dear Jagex,

Based on my experience with the Zombie hoard last halloween I can safely say that I have absolutely no desire to attend this weekend event. What everyone says only confirms my fears - this event is not worth the time, effort, and frustration.

I can only say I am hugely relieved that such an event is not mandatory in order to complete the holiday event.

Meh free stuff is always good. I got a few thousand in gp worth of stuff first time killin them...Just find servers with not a lot of people... First hit gets you the drop you dont even have to put the finishing kill on... Best drop I have heard of so far is a dragon 2h...

One of my favorite updates! Wonder what the best item they drop is?

For those complaining about not getting kills, Magic is your best friend. Use a wand + book and you'll get plenty of them. Just spam click as they start to spawn.

Between the cannons (gold cannons no less!) and the level 200 players killing off each snowman in 1 hit before I get a chance to even get a strike in there, not much point. Thanks for giving all the rich players a way to get richer and ******** over the rest of us.
