Waste of time...just started 100 people at each gate, don't get a chance...yet another completely wasted effort of development by Jagex. Meanwhile, still can't teleport properly between certain loadstones.

Once again, pat on the back to Jagex Management and programmers on below Forrest Gump IQ efforts and forgetting about the real on-going issues.

Love the increase in bots by the way...just marvellous...and the EOC GE price crash...
thrilled, absolutely thrilled...

You are truly turning this into an under 12's game with adult themes. My 7 year old just loves EOC, she can actually play the game no problems now.

Managed to get some kills in between the cannoners

drops:

- 20 pure essence
- 2 potato cactus
- 3 chocolate bars
- 15 flax
- 1 dragon battleaxe
- 1 dragon halbred

=> Event lasted 15 minutes
=> There was one guy screaming he got a pernix top, and trading everyone. Not sure if it was true or not tho :s

I would have to say this is the worst event EVER!
Even the zombie monkey invasion was better because they all spawned in huge clusters of enemies.

But these snowmen spawn one by one alone and get piled by like a dozen players before the other 50-100 can even get a shot off.
Not to mention that Melee users are completely screwed with Mages and Rangers taking all.

Seriously Jagex? what were you thinking? O_o :P :@ :O

This themed weekend is absolute ****, just saying. A snowman raid? You could roll your face on the keyboard and kill them - why not copy some more from WoW and make events as epic as the opening of ahn'qiraj or something... this is pathetic xD

Got a few kills myself and the event location was announced for me and you cannot expect every drop to be 'valuable'.

But

Having the event in a single location isn't a good idea simply due to the amount of players, I think most of the drops I got were ones people left behind. Cannons were and issue as was lag, aka people who have good internet get the kills since the first hit gets the drop (the stupidest thing ever since in other areas aka green drags and grotworms the bots make it impossible for actual players).
Should be no cannons, all locations and maybe a more spread out area or atleast faster snowman spawns.

Well that would have been fine if I wasn't kicked from the game due to server lag which locked me out of my account for 10 mins.
