hello

i wanted to buy my self the GOLD Premier Club it says $74.95
but cuase im from Australia when i go to buy it i have to pay $88 but the USA price is $74.95 the Australia dollar is pretty much the same as the U.S dollar i dont see why australia has to pay $14 more when i could pay in the U.S dollar and it would work out to $74 i just wanna pay the $74.95 like every one esle i dont get why we have to pay $88, also our RED membership cards are $40 when you guys show there $20-$25 if it was possible i could spend the $40 that i would use on one RED card and buy 2 from overseas and get double my membership but yeah im just here about the Gold Premier Club i just wanna pay the $74.95 like every one esle :(

I think Jagex' communication has been pretty good. Like everything in life there are ways to improve it, and improvement is always good. Not sure if it would eliminate all the mad, though.

im confused? is the solomons discount on top of the normal member discount or is it just re state'ing you will recieve the same benefit. because it is worded to appear to be saying you will recieve a 20% discount on solomons store if your gold? if this is indeed the case mine isnt working cause im just recieving the normal 10% discount every single member gets...
if you don't get a 20% discount mabye reword the gold description ....

So if i buy the gold package, i get all the special items that you only get for buying the membership cards from shops yeah? but what happens if a new one comes out? will i have to buy a new membership card on top of this package too or will i automatically get it?

Yeah, they've been trying and in the days since I posted that they've started doing even better.. so I retract that arguement, and now say the only reason I'm not buying it is because they have yet to explain HOW to do it via cash.

I've been struggling to purchase the Premier Club membership, but all I get is a sign-in pop-up, then a redirect to a Jagex page that tells me my account is frozen, when it's clearly not. I'm able to log in. I'm able to play. I'm able to do everything except pay for any type of subscription. I JUST logged in after a many year hiatus in which my account must have lapsed into nothingness.

If y'all want money from me, what am I supposed to do from this point on? -.-

The day this premier club was introduced, I was interested. I ultimately scanned over the options and determined this was most likely a good deal. I bookmarked this thread to read some input from some other players. Finally, here on Jan. 25 I have made it through the entire thread one post at a time. And I have indeed read almost every comment.

Along the way, I really only had one question. The question everyone is asking. Will I go back to my $5 rate when this is over? I assumed this question would be answered somewhere along the line by a J-Mod as the question has been asked repeatedly and this thread is now over a month old. But, lo and behold, no J-Mod response. Anywhere. In all 119 pages of glory. Over five weeks.

And, this is what is boils down to. Your communication is just awful. I am just amazed at how poorly you handle customer complaints and questions. From what I have seen with your ability to deal with customer service, I find it completely unbelievable that this new level of commitment to the premier program will amount to anything. There is no evidence in your history to show that you have any ability to manage customer service.

I enjoy the game to an extent. Money is not a factor in my life, so I'm not going to quibble over $15 or what will my recurring rate be. If it's going to change; that's fine. If not, that would be even better. My problem is, where is the answer to this question in a plain sight area? Where is the communication to the same question that has been asked for over five weeks? I am not interested in doing a complicated search of the forums to find a J-Mod response (if one even exists....and for that matter, if one did exist, WHY would it not be in this thread that is about the premier program and certainly has 100+ pages, primarily all the same question?).

I have no interest in quitting, but I certainly have no interest in padding the coffers for a job not well done. ** usual, I am left disappointed by RS.
