The day this premier club was introduced, I was interested. I ultimately scanned over the options and determined this was most likely a good deal. I bookmarked this thread to read some input from some other players. Finally, here on Jan. 25 I have made it through the entire thread one post at a time. And I have indeed read almost every comment.
Along the way, I really only had one question. The question everyone is asking. Will I go back to my $5 rate when this is over? I assumed this question would be answered somewhere along the line by a J-Mod as the question has been asked repeatedly and this thread is now over a month old. But, lo and behold, no J-Mod response. Anywhere. In all 119 pages of glory. Over five weeks.
And, this is what is boils down to. Your communication is just awful. I am just amazed at how poorly you handle customer complaints and questions. From what I have seen with your ability to deal with customer service, I find it completely unbelievable that this new level of commitment to the premier program will amount to anything. There is no evidence in your history to show that you have any ability to manage customer service.
I enjoy the game to an extent. Money is not a factor in my life, so I'm not going to quibble over $15 or what will my recurring rate be. If it's going to change; that's fine. If not, that would be even better. My problem is, where is the answer to this question in a plain sight area? Where is the communication to the same question that has been asked for over five weeks? I am not interested in doing a complicated search of the forums to find a J-Mod response (if one even exists....and for that matter, if one did exist, WHY would it not be in this thread that is about the premier program and certainly has 100+ pages, primarily all the same question?).
I have no interest in quitting, but I certainly have no interest in padding the coffers for a job not well done. ** usual, I am left disappointed by RS.
