Thanks, Firebird308. I figured it out, though. I owe Jagex an apology -again - for jumping the gun - again -, before I checked it out. I wrote down my tokens, added the number shown at the end of a dungeon, then compared with my new total at the shop.
Still fell short for enough to buy coal bag, at the end of the weekend, though. My poor noob character kept running into those "you need level impossible to mine this" love notes.
Also, half the time one cannot use the home teleport, make cosmic gatestones, or use alchemy. Sometimes they work, and sometimes they don't. I thought using momentum was causing the problem, so I made sure not to use it. Made no difference. Sometimes I start out being able to use the features I listed, and then suddenly they are gone. This problem means that cosmic and nature runes are useless.
