I will not rage quit and have already paid for my membership into the foreseeable future, but I don't like many of the updates or the direction this game has been heading for the past couple years.

To the J-Mods:
This has been said before and will be said again. Being rude to or completely ignoring your loyal players will hurt you. Communication with the customer is one of the most important things a business should excel in, not purposely kick to the curb. Many of us have been trying to tell you that we care about this game, and although we want updates and see some of the reasoning for some of the updates you have been adding to the game, we see problems with those updates and have tried to give feedback that can make the update better or to tell you that its release was not really beneficial to the game.
Telling someone to get a tissue or to just leave is not good customer service. You need to really look at your public relations and communication skills because you are definitely lacking in those aspects. We understand you are also human and can have a bad day, but to only post a reply like that and not respond to any of the other posts that have been put forward is a really bad move.
I have worked in various jobs that require good communication and customer service skills for a long time now. If I treated my customers in any way like you have been, I would have been reprimanded and possibly lo** my job. I deal with many people on the phone and through letters on a daily basis in my current job. The way you say things is very important and really listening is necessary. Even if you don't agree and cannot change things, at least try to explain in a civil matter and not use abrupt rude remarks. Those are what people remember and will haunt you into the foreseeable future.
Think before you post things like that. Explain why things are done. Make sure you announce things clearly and with detail. Answer us when we ask you important questions. Do not ignore us.

There have been additions, quests and new/newly available to F2P items recently made available to F2P. That said, I can kind of see what you are saying just so long as membership retains enough benefit to make worth the price difference free to players compared to paid for by players (even F2P is paid, just not by the players per se).

See you are just another of the "community" that I made mention of in my previous post in this very thread. Perhaps updates, even the ones most hated would/could not drive them to the point of wanting to quit if it weren't for J-mods, F-mods, P-mods and regular players like you. You do realize don't you that IF enough players actually do quit that this game is no longer financially viable that Jagex may not survive and with the company goes the game perhaps. Try hating others less and enjoy the game if you truly do enjoy the game (I have my doubts as you seem to be quite angry for some reason).

This respect from the players that you truly need is earned, we need to be able to trust you to care about the players, respond to the players concerns, respect the players, not resort to such hard sell tactics to try to monetize every last player in game so much and lastly, we need you to show the players more respect. A lot of trust has been lost among your loyal players especially lately. We understand that your masters (IVP) are the ones bringing much of this on and we understand that in many ways your hands are tied as they have majority shares and controlling interest in your company, but some of what we ask is well within your capabilities. Please consider showing a little respect and try to show you actually care for and about your player base again.

This has got to stop!. I've been playing since 05 and been members since 06 but these xp giveaways, bonus xp and double drops just screws with the game every time. It's going to get to the point where completionist/max cape is as common as fire capes.
The double drops isn't needed jeez most items dropped by half their price. Divine from 430m to 120m and so forth. Honestly why make another double drop weekend when the economy is still in ruins?. You never listen, never take responsibility, never review ideas/opinions and its rather annoying me now.
I've kept my membership running for ages and this is just getting to the point where I cba with these xp/drop weekends. It's nearly every month. You lied about double xp weekends and you defiantly lie about everything else. Way to kill a lot of stuff in the game.
Seriously you're digging Rune$cape is own grave..... but YOLO why not?!?!?!??!?! I know!!! ^_^ wooogooglywhoooo! lets bring 100x more items in the game where there so cheap it'll be like boxing day sales!
I swear you're going to make me go bald with this amount of stress. People prefer if there is no xp promotions/spins/solomons chocolate factory showdown..... so unbelievable not one decent mod out there anymore.

WHY DON'T YOU DO SOMETHING FOR NON-MEMBERS...........FOR ONCE......all the members get the staffs and money and WHAT DO WE GET??!?!?!?!the EoC has been an update but why are some of the abilities for members?!!!!?!?!? why don't you care about us?

Nope, there're tons of decent mods.
Were, at least. Some quit, remember?
And the rest, well, I'm pretty sure ***ex ***-m Studios are keeping them from squealing about their master plan, which I found out from my most trusted source.
What is this master plan of which I speak?
Let me tell you.

So that IVP sells back all their shares
And then ***ex will turn back into Jagex and get their players back.
And then they'll have to spend a few dozen years to get back the player base they used to have a bit before EoC was announced.
Smart, huh? Yup. Gotta love them ******.
